This special vinegar is made by cooking Lambrusco grapes for many hours. It is a concentrated, thick and sweet syrup. Enhanced by quince, cinnamon and cloves. A fine accompaniment to cheese boards, polenta, eggs, and desserts such as ice cream or fruit salad.

We visited Cavedoni vineyard in Modena, Italy last fall. The generational family love comes through in every drop. We sampled every product that had and none disappointed. The Saba we can’t live without!
