Your everyday balsamic! Drizzle it on Caprese salads, cheese, grilled vegetables and meats. Makes a wonderful balsamic vinaigrette. Slightly more acidic than the San Lorenzo (that's why it pairs so good with tomatoes) but thick and sweet as well. This Cavedoni vinegar will be in your pantry year-round.

I was delighted to find this delicious and hard-to-find vinegar from a reputable store. Delivery was fast and the communications on delivery were excellent. I’m delighted to be able to enjoy my favorite luxury.
I Was given this vinegar as a gift for Christmas. The packaging is very upscale , so I couldn’t wait to try it ! From first bite , I loved it ! I am using this vinegar daily on an avacado sliced, or a salad !
I tend to have a heavy hand because it’s so amazingly good.

I first discovered this vinegar on a trip to Italy and have gone to great lengths to always have a bottle on hand. Wonderfully sweet, it blends perfectly with olive oil for a salad dressing or bread.
