Northeast Vinegar was started by Mike Deutsch in 2023 as a way to pay homage to our late friend Stan Bucklin, by picking up where he left off. The Cavedoni line of balsamic vinegars had become widely coveted in New England, making our expansion into New York naturally bona fide. Soon after, we realized that we were doing more than just selling fine vinegars; the vinegars became a catalyst for building relationships, connecting communities and improving our quality of life.
