The Cavedoni family is one of the oldest families in the province of Modena, Italy that produces D.O.P. balsamic vinegar. The family’s love for the land as well as their passion for authenticity are the foundations of which their vinegar is crafted upon. The ancient history of making balsamic vinegar has been handed down through seven generations.

The vineyards are tended to without the use of herbicides and are pruned by means of traditional manual methods. Constant care and attention are given during the entire process of production, from grape harvesting to barrel aging.

This revered tradition has been kept alive for over 160 years and will continue to be passed onto future generations. The experiences, knowledge and secrets related to the art of balsamic vinegar live on in each bottle.
